Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Interact with the all relevant HR stakeholder
• Review and analyse change requests
• Define global and local best practice target solutions which simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes
• Create user stories to be implemented by the Development team
• Participate in agile sprints/testing
• Coordinate the functional integration of data flows between the various HR systems
• Support the test manager in end-to-end/UAT test case creation
• Interact with HR and IT stakeholders and teams in English and German
• Prepare training material and documentation if required

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Very good skills in MicroSoft Office Products (Powerpoint)
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and a Document Management System (preferably Perceptive Content)
• Deep analytical skills
• IT affinitiy
• Ideally experience in Human Resources, across several disciplines
