Calculation/Optimization of logistics in pharmaceutical production

Specific responsibilities and areas of expertise would include:

1. Representation and Optimization of Material Flows:
- Mapping out and optimizing the flow of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. The freelancer would analyze these flows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas where time and costs could be reduced.

2. Raw Materials Management:
- Managing logistics for raw materials used in pharmaceutical production, ensuring they are efficiently sourced, stored, and supplied to the production line. Experience in handling raw materials, especially those used in complex formulations, is essential.

3. Finished Goods Handling:
- Expertise in managing the logistics of finished pharmaceutical products (such as tablets, injections, or vials), ensuring proper storage, packaging, and timely distribution while adhering to regulatory and quality standards.

4. Cold Storage and Temperature-Controlled Goods:
- Experience with cold chain logistics, particularly for temperature-sensitive products like vaccines, biologics, and certain injectable medications. The freelancer would ensure that cold storage units are used efficiently and that transportation meets strict temperature regulations.

5. Airlocks (Schleusen):
- The freelancer would optimize airlock usage to control contamination and maintain sterile environments, which is crucial in pharmaceutical production, especially when handling injectable products and vials. This includes ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials between sterile and non-sterile areas.

6. Staging Areas (Bereitstellungsflächen):
