Tasks:

* Formulate, execute, and oversee OT security policies for substation environments.
* Identify security vulnerabilities and perform comprehensive risk assessments.
* Design and implement protective measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
* Enhance processes and tools to maintain secure operations.
* Monitor and analyze security incidents, carrying out audits and forensic investigations.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to uphold security standards.

Requirements:

* Holds a BSc or FH degree in computer science, information security, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience in OT security is a plus.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
* Understanding of security assessments and audit processes.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proficient in German.
