OT Security Engineer / Technical Expert

Focus- Tasks (independent delivery):
* Implement and maintain security controls to protect industrial control systems and networks in compliance with
IEC 62443 and ISO 27001 standards
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and stakeholders
* Implementation of system hardening solutions for OT Systems
* Design and Implementation of OT Endpoint Security incl. Patch-Management
* Design and Implementation of OT Backup Solution
* Support the OT Security Workstream in daily tasks

Qualifications:
* Min. 3 years of experience in the field of Operational Technology Security / Industrial control systems
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or comparable training
* Professional experience in the field of Industry standards such as, ICS-IEC 62443 2-1 and IEC 62443 4-1, 4-2 as well as ISO 27001 is must have
* Advanced Knowledge of Operational Technology topics such as CNC Machines, PLC devices, SCADA, and other
OT-related concept as must have
* Hands-on mentality
* Confident handling of common operating systems, IT and OT network topologies, and industry reference models
such as the ISA95/Purdue Reference Model
* Sound knowledge of security best practices, hardening measures, and the implementation and operation of
complex network and security solutions
* A highly motivated team player who would like to work with RISOs/BISOs/LISOs and CISO as well as different
stakeholders
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Professional fluency in English and/or German
