OT Security Consultant (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• This position is responsible for developing and overseeing an OT Security implementation plan and roadmap, focusing on people, processes, and technology within the OT domain across all the company business units, power plants
• The OT Security Technical Process Architect will support technical OT Security project management, address resource capability gaps, and handle various tasks necessary to initiate, implement, and complete OT Security projects at each assigned business unit
• This role involves defining technical project standards and guidelines, establishing comprehensive documentation, and setting up a governance structure for technical and project management. Additionally, the Technical Process Architect will evaluate and implement industry best practices in alignment with the business’s strategic and tactical objectives

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Integrate OT principles risk-based thinking, design-to-operate, and security-by-design into decision-making processes, requiring a shift in mindset
• Facilitate a progressive change in organizational culture and mindset to adopt and institutionalize new processes
• Lead and empower multi-tier teams and individuals to develop specific product roadmaps, incorporating security by design for greenfield projects and operational security for brownfield projects
• Ensure the development of standardized OT security solutions to design, implement, and operate systems consistently with the desired competence levels.
• Act as a role model for the OT security agenda, guiding and influencing the path forward
• Develop an OT architecture that impacts the business units globally, affecting how they design, procure, build, or operate power plants
• Support the establishment and maintenance of the security engagement and operating model within the company security value chain
