Freelance Hardware Developer (Senior) – Hybrid in Neckartenzlingen

looking for a Senior professional who can bring expertise in hardware concepts, architecture, and development to our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

Develop and review cutting-edge hardware concepts for new and existing products.

Translate requirements into detailed specifications and implement industry standards.

Create, mentor, and manage schematics, layouts, and workflows.

Conduct component testing and prepare systems for rigorous testing environments (e.g., EMC, Physical).

Coordinate with internal/external suppliers and manage production interfaces.

Collaborate closely with 3rd party development suppliers.



What You'll Bring:

A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training.

Extensive experience in hardware development, especially with Altium.

Strong knowledge of industrial network protocols and HF measuring equipment.

A structured work approach and the ability to collaborate with software teams.

Fluency in English and at least B2-level German proficiency.
