Freelance Opportunity: Development Engineer PCB Design (6-Month Project in Bocholt)

Are you a talented Development Engineer with a passion for PCB design? We have an exciting 6-month freelance project in Bocholt that could be the perfect fit for you!

Your Responsibilities:

Develop PCB layouts for electronic assemblies, ensuring they meet customer, design, production, high-frequency, and EMC requirements.

Optimize component libraries and create CAD objects for circuit diagrams and layouts.

Prepare production documents for prototypes and series assemblies, including comprehensive documentation.

Design PCB panels with a focus on manufacturing requirements.

Examine and conduct initial testing of assemblies post-prototype production.

Collaborate closely with hardware, design, and production teams.

What You Bring:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or equivalent technical training with relevant professional experience in electronics development.

Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (preferably CATIA).

Familiarity with current PCB and process technologies.
Understanding of analogue and digital circuit technology, along with EMC considerations.

Proficiency in MS Office and ideally SAP.

Experience with electronic circuits, EMC-compliant design, and CAD tools (especially Zuken CR5000) is desirable.

Strong independence, initiative, meticulousness, and a solution-oriented approach with a high level of quality awareness.

Fluent in German and English.
