IT Head of Quality and Laboratory system (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Head of global IT quality systems: responsible for planning, setting up and operating IT/OT systems in quality assurance laboratories
• IT business partner for the Quality division
• Management of the global IT CoE Quality System: personnel management and financial responsibility for cost centres
• Determining requirements and advising on IT requirements in the ‘Quality’ area. Support in the prioritisation of IT projects
• Life cycle management of laboratory and QA systems: Improving functionality, stability and performance. Control of incident and problem tickets
• Technical support for projects, changes and maintenance of laboratory and quality systems. Evaluation of new technologies
• Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and IT security guidelines. Supervision of system owners
• Establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Approval of important contracts in the area of laboratory and QA systems

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Masters in Business Administration or equivalent
• Required IT Solution Specialist Issuer Microsoft, Others Certifications
• Preferred Project Management Issuer IPMA, Prince, Others Certifications
• Area IT Apps and/or Infra Level Highly Experienced
• Area IT Service Management Level Advanced
• Settled knowledge in Lab and QA systems such as CDS, EWB, Moda EM, WINKQCL, PLA, Softmax Pro, DMS, TrackWise, LSO/Cornerstone and/or similar systems
