Paralegal Assistant (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Legal support to contracts – 3rd party and intercompany agreements for Companies Swiss Entities, including drafting, reviewing, proof-reading as may be required
• Support on various legal documents such as e.g. CDAs, PoAs, UBO, confirmations and authorizations, certificates, protocols
• Maintains respective documentation including proper organization of files
• Dealing and reliable handling of notarization process
• Proof reading of legal documents
• Support and execution of special projects
• Managing the document flow with involved stakeholders and arrange for signature of documents; ensures contract lifecycle management and maintains the contract database inc. physical und digital archiving system
• Supports optimization of current processes and/or introduction of new or modified processes
• Maintains the overview of timelines and deliverables in all assigned projects
• Acts as a team member for legal projects.

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Paralegal Certificate or Commercial training (e.g. Swiss Association of Commercial Employees, business school) or equivalent (e.g. Swiss Matura plus business experience or Bachelor (preference Legal)
• Experience as Paralegal or Administrative Specialist with paralegal experience or similar
• Basic legal training (Paralegal course or acquired on the job)
