Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Analyze the current business capability in their relationship to supporting information system services and identify opportunities for an improved support of the business capability (in line with current IT strategy)
• Describing the Scope of the target solution (e.g. explaining the future Business and Operating Model, business goals to be achieved, user satisfaction etc.) and the need of urgency
• Elaborating an implementation approach based upon results of feasibility study, capabilities und impact analysis and description of gaps
• Elaborating decision material for senior management and stakeholders (e.g. Business Case, cost und effort estimation)

• Supports in proper translation of business needs via bi-/multilateral talks und interviews into a structured a set of business process, issue management /change requests of running solutions/applications (besides projects), organizational topics, knowledge, data modelling, IT and Non-IT requirements, functional specifications (UML) also regarding existing solutions (for re-use) and/or proven practices and Documentation / document management
• Understands and supports requirements management of tasks assigned from line/project/initiative Assists in assigned tasks focusing on
• Analysis of existing business processes (As-Is reviews)
• Elaborate suggestions for Business process improvements (To-Be)
• Collects and analyses process data

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Basic knowledge of Negotiation
• Intermediate experience in Moderation of workshops
• Intermediate experience in Presentation
• Basic Knowledge of transfering
• Advanced knowledge of Organization
• Advanced knowledge of Analytical thinking
• Advanced interpersonal and intercultural skills in Communication
• Intermediate Knowledge in management and Documentation
• Basic knowledge of Change management
