Interim Head of Onsite Performance (f/m/d)

For our customer in the consumer goods industry we are looking for a head of performance (eCommerce) (m/f/d).

Hintergrund

Provide the eCommerce Onsite Performance team with the right
content/technical specs for running projects.

Aufgaben


• Deliver the priorities of the onsite performance team in line with the expectations of the director of e-commerce and other heads
• Provide detailed monthly business overview/report with the onsite team to be sent to the Director and VP of e-commerce and wider e-commerce team, detailing successes, challenges and action points for the upcoming month
• Drive actions to increase onsite business performance and create ideas for improvements econsidering POV of the customer


Qualifikationen


Must haves:
• Experience managing senior specialists
• Excels in senior stakeholder management
• Experience within retail and eCommerce
• Experience in a relatively young but complex digital organisation where blue prints and processes are still being defined
• Experience in an agile organisation with a multidisciplinary team set-up


Nice to haves:
• Familiar with data analytics and techniques to enable faster decision making
