Für unseren Kunden in Berlin suchen wir im Rahmen des Aufbaus eines großen Cloud Plattfrom Projektes im Energiesektor nach einem erfahrenen IT Organization Architect (m/w/d). Die Aufgabe erfolgt Remote und bis zu 50% vor Ort in Berlin.

The position of the Organization Architect is placed within the Organizational Development Team of our client, which covers the procedural organization as well as the structural organization. This position essentially focusses on the structural organization. We are seeking a skilled Organizational Architect to join our team and play an important role in designing, developing, and optimizing the structural organization of the program. The position requires a strong background in defining, refining, and describing all roles and responsibilities within a product organization, including product management, product development and product operations. One key output of the organizational development process are specific Job Descriptions. These Job Descriptions are developed together with the responsible product line lead and hiring managers in accordance with the higher-level role descriptions. They serve as input and trigger for the downstream recruitment process to staff any open positions. The Organizational Architect plays a crucial role in the efficient and effective staffing of the organization by initiating, monitoring, and interfacing the downstream recruiting process.

Tasks:
• Collaborate with all stakeholders (e.g. product line heads) to define and design the structural organization though the documentation of roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.
• Document, improve and update the Org. Chart at all times.
• Develop clear descriptions for all roles and positions within the project organization, outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and interfaces with adjacent roles.
• Ensure in time creation of job descriptions according to a common standard as key input of the recruiting process.
• Keep track, document, and report the actual status of any position – planned, staffed or in the process of recruiting.
• Work closely hands on with the colleagues managing the downstream recruiting process.
• Drive the organizational planning process.
• Provide guidance and support to product line leads in understanding and implementing organizational structures and processes. This position essentially focusses on the structural organization.

The person taking on the role of an organizational architect should meet the following requirements:
• Proven experience in defining, developing, and improving structural organizations within product organizations (organizational development, management systems or equivalent).
• Good analytical skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
• Proficiency in organizational design methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience in project management or related fields

Must-have competencies / Must-have skills_
- Proven experience in defining, developing, and improving structural organizations within product organizations (organizational development, management systems or equivalent) using and following the role specifications from methodologies like product and product portfolio management (i.e. R.G. Cooper), Product Development Flow (D. G. Reinertsen), Software Engineering, Team Topologies, Scrum, SAFe, and ITIL
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proficiency in organizational design methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Must-have language skills
Fluent English in speech and writing (at least C1)

Preferred Competencies and skills
Fluent German in speech and writing
