IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) implementation

Our client is looking to setup (almost from scratch) their IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM).
As there are no internal resources/roles being in charge (i.e., responsible role using RACI definitions) and sufficient knowledge level in place, one option could be to engage external resource with practical experience in ITSCM discipline who will prepare and drive the project.
The project details (scope, duration, RACI) must be discussed and aligned with consultant, where the client expects to have first draft proposal be prepared by the consultant.

- consulting on best practice ITSCM
- experience with setting up and implementing ITSCM
- experience at industry clients desirable
- knowledge of consulting at quality assurance stage
- experience with documentation, organizing tests, etc.

START: can start in October - latest start date Januar 2025
DURATION: approx. 12 month
LOCATION: remote (client is located in Frankfurt, first kick off meeting onsite)
