Senior Technical Consultants are expected to have several years of experience in a similar role touching multiple modules of ServiceNow. The consultant should be CSA certified and preferably have multiple main line ServiceNow certifications like CIS-ITSM (example). They should be aware of development best practices and apply this in their day to day work. The Senior role also includes supporting the more junior developers where needed and provide the necessary guidance.
