* Offer advice and best practices on optimizing time management processes and system setups.
* Address and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules as part of application management support.
* Lead and guide project team members, providing mentorship, support, and knowledge transfer.
* Contribute to pre-sales efforts by conducting solution demonstrations, preparing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
* Keep abreast of the latest updates and improvements in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management features.
