* Support the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and manage the related changes to roles and processes in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Collaborate closely with users and key users to develop SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
* Plan and coordinate system adaptations based on global functional requirements from specialist departments.
* Facilitate and provide consulting within the Global Human Resources Community regarding the feasibility of requirements and innovations from releases and the SAP Roadmap.
* Manage release changes from a functional perspective.
* Plan, control, and collaborate on future HR-IT projects, potentially as a (partial) project manager.
* Assume the key user role for Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Establish and manage global key user communities, fostering effective exchange among members.
