Freelance RF System Expert – Munich

Seeking a freelance professional in Munich to lead cutting-edge research and development in B5G and 6G RF architectures and key enabling technologies.


Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research on B5G and 6G RF architectures and develop innovative, cost-effective RF solutions for current and future wireless networks.

Evaluate the performance of new RF system ideas and architectures through simulation.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of hardware, antenna, algorithm, and system experts.


What We’re Looking For:

A PhD or an experienced MSc in Communication Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in RF system design.

Deep expertise in wireless communications, RF engineering, radio systems, and RF antennas.

Strong knowledge of 3GPP BTS radio system standards, beamforming methods, and RF system requirements in LTE, NR, and other wireless systems.

Proficiency in antenna systems, channel models, wireless propagation, and RF material technologies.

Skilled in technical analysis using Matlab, Python, C, C++.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
