IT Consultant SIAM Service Integration & Management

Certification according to ITIL 4 - Managing Professional or comparable
• At least three years of experience as a project manager in IT process management.
• Expert knowledge and professional experience in the introduction and development of a SIAM
• Over one year of proven professional experience in IT service optimization.

Note: The experience must relate to end-to-end IT services, which are made up of a large number of dynamic service components or products and include a large number of actors.
Pure software (further) development is not enough.
In-depth knowledge and at least three years of professional experience in IT infrastructures that have been integrated into a service management tool.
• At least one year of professional experience in IT financial management
• Very good written and spoken German
• Experience in conducting presentations and negotiating
