We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with strong experience across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Compensation, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management Systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural blueprint to meet current and
* future business needs.
* Provide expert-level guidance and support in defining strategy and future roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
* Oversee the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration and system integration.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team.
* Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices and standards adherence.
