If you are a Project Manager with Experience in Service Center Structures then I have a great opportunity for you.

6 months plus +

Based on site in Berlin - with some remote work

Qualifications:

* Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing projects, including time, budget, tasks, and expenses.
* Project Controlling: Experience in monitoring and controlling project progress and outcomes.
* Presentation and Moderation: Skilled in conducting presentations and moderating discussions.
* Service Center Structures: Experience in setting up service center structures and their implementation in public administration or public companies.
* Uniform Authority Number 115: Must have knowledge and experience with the "Uniform Authority Number 115" and the nationwide 115 network.
* Requirements Management: Knowledge and experience in managing project requirements.
* Organizational Development: Experience in conducting organizational analyses, reviewing structures and processes, and developing structural alternatives.
* IT Organizational Consulting: Experience in IT organizational consulting projects and digitization projects in federal or state governments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

* Project Planning: Prepare and continuously update project plans in terms of time, budget, tasks, and expenses.
* Meetings and Workshops: Implement and follow up on project meetings, workshops, and other related activities.
* Project Controlling: Monitor and control project progress.
* Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation.
* Technical Leadership: Lead all technical topics and work packages within the project.

Coordination and Preliminary Investigation:

* Requirements Management: Coordinate and professionally participate in managing project requirements.
* Workshops: Implement workshops to clarify technical, organizational, and personnel measures for rule-compliant 115 operation based on the Operations Manual Volume 2 "Operations Management in the 115 Network" (Version 3.2).

Analysis and Concept Development:

* Requirements Analysis: Analyze requirements for the project.

Project Contract and Agreements:

* Project Contract: Participate in concluding a project contract for the connection to the 115 network.
* Works Agreement: Participate in concluding a works agreement.

Skills and Experience:

* Technical Competence: In-depth understanding of Uniform Authority Number 115 and the nationwide 115 network.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to review organizational structures and processes.
* Consulting Expertise: Ability to provide strategic consulting and develop project concepts.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
* Organizational Development: Proven experience in organizational development and implementation.

This role is essential for managing and overseeing the transformation of service center structures within public administration, ensuring compliance with national standards, and driving digitization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, controlling, and organizational consulting, with specific expertise in the 115 network and related guidelines.
