My customer is searching the market for a ServiceNow PM to work 50% in Berlin.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – Berlin 50%
Language: German and English

Project-specific requirements:
ITIL certification
Knowledge and experience in the field of process implementation according to ITIL
Knowledge and experience with the ServiceNow solution and its modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SPM, CMDB model, Vault
Project experience in public administration
Knowledge and experience with SAP, ideally with S4Hana and its coupling with ServiceNow

General requirements:
Experience in the design or elaboration of application architectures
Experience in conducting requirements analyses
Creation of requirement catalogs, requirement and functional specifications
Knowledge of the operating procedures of a service provider in the cloud-native environment

Project management requirements:
Project management, e.g. initialization, implementation/implementation, completion incl. requirements, change, acceptance, risk, conflict management, management of the project team

Project controlling
e.g. activities in planning, measuring and controlling projects in terms of deadlines, effort and project progress

Conducting presentations and moderation, e.g. workshop, project meetings, decision-making committees
