Job Title: Electrical Engineer - Rail Vehicle Systems
Location: Mannheim (20% onsite)
Contract Length: 12 Months from 04/11/2024

My client are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in rail vehicle systems to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in electrical design, circuit technology, and electrical engineering specifically related to rail vehicles.

Tasks:
- Design and develop electrical systems for rail vehicles
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, layouts, and detailed documentation
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical system issues in rail vehicles.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure the integration of electrical systems.
- Perform risk assessments, testing, and validation of electrical components and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in electrical design and engineering within the rail vehicle or transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of circuit technology and electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to rail vehicles is beneficial
