The Digital Empowerment unit reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. More specifically, we empower employees to embrace digital change through structured digital upskilling that provides the skillset, toolset and mindset to transform our customer into an all-digital company. We do this by providing learning offers in key digital technologies (e.g. Personal Productivity, Data & AI, Automation and Digital Product Development), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience to our employees"

Tasks:
You`ll be a key part of our content production team within the digital upskilling area of our customer Empowerment
You'll be responsible for video upskilling content production - including design standards and responsible of enhancing the visual style that suits our storytelling: encompassing everything from simply producing screen recordings, and click-through guides to some more advanced editing of videos (e.g. animation, transitions, font, use of avatars, using graphic elements).
Evaluate what is already out there: Support with the curation of existing, reusable learning content guided by our defined quality criteria and technical prerequisites of our learning experience platform
Art direction of our video upskilling content: Defining, enhancing and developing the visual design elements and tone of voice of the content pieces based on our design principles and corporate design framework to create brand compliant content

Skills :
Professional experience with customer-oriented video design & production in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
Experience with digital learning authoring tools, digital learning content providers, and learning management systems (or LXP`s) is a huge plus (E.g. Camtasia, Synthesia, Articulate, Bildungsinnovator etc.)
Be exact on design and follow through on visual standards & principles throughout the complete production process
Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
Strong creative skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking
Ability to work in a team and with varying stakeholders, but also deliver on commitments independently
Be familiar to operate with corporate design frameworks, e.g. Frontify
Business fluent in English and German (both written and verbal)
