Consultant Learning Media & Video Content Production (m/f/d)

For our customer in Berlin we are looking for a Consultant Learning Media & Video Content Production (m/f/d) 


 


Your Tasks:

• You`ll be a key part of our content production team within the digital upskilling area of the customers Digital Empowerment
• You'll be responsible for video upskilling content production - including design standards and responsible of enhancing the visual style that suits our storytelling: encompassing everything from simply producing screen recordings, and click-through guides to some more advanced editing of videos (e.g. animation, transitions, font, use of avatars, using graphic elements).
• Evaluate what is already out there: Advice with the curation of existing, reusable learning content guided by our defined quality criteria and technical prerequisites of our learning experience platform
• Art direction of our video upskilling content: Defining, enhancing and developing the visual design elements and tone of voice of the content pieces based on our design principles and corporate design framework to create brand compliant content


 


Your Qualifications:

• Professional experience with customer-oriented video design & production in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
• Experience with digital learning authoring tools, digital learning content providers, and learning management systems (or LXP`s) is a huge plus (E.g. Camtasia, Synthesia, Articulate, Bildungsinnovator etc.)
• Be familiar to operate with corporate design frameworks, e.g. Frontify
• Business fluent in English and German (both written and verbal)
