Lean Production Manager (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for expertise in Lean Production Management (m/f/x)

Duration: 3 months, extension possible
Location: Ostrava (Czech Republic)
Workload: 100%
Language: Czech and English, German is a plus

Tasks:
- Follow-up on results of the value stream analysis for the current production line
- Implementation of lean principles to optimize the production
- Foster lean production and increase efficiency in the given set-up
- Align and adjust the production team accordingly
- Capacity and production planning to improve output
- Quality assurance and documentation

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in comparable projects in the automotive industry
- Expertise in lean management and lean production (lean principles)
- Good knowledge in production & capacity planning and organization
- Hands-on mentality, implementation-focus, well structured and organized
- Business fluent Czech and English, ideally German too
