Enablement Program Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Development and implementation of programs that organize project management
• Defining standards, conducting training sessions and workshops to improve employees’ skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure program goals are met
• Analyzing the effectiveness of enablement measures and continuous optimization
• Creating reports and presentations to showcase program results

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Completed studies in business administration, project management, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in enablement or program management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• High level of initiative and problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
