Scheduler for railway automation and electrification projects in Braunschweig/ Berlin (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler for railway automation and electrification projects to support our globally renowned client in the railway industry. The position is based in Braunschweig and/or Berlin.


Your responsibilities:
• As part of complex railway automation and electrification projects, you will be responsible for project scheduling using mostly the tool Primavera.
• In coordination with project management, you will create and coordinate the overall project schedule, integrating subprojects across all project phases.
• You will monitor schedule adherence and project progress, regularly updating the project timeline.
• You will identify schedule deviations (planned vs. actual) and independently coordinate corrective actions with the subprojects.
• Additionally, you will create project scheduling reports for stakeholders and assist with schedule creation during the proposal phase of complex projects.


Your qualifications:
• Several years of international experience in scheduling technically complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• A background in railway technology is nice to have, in any case you are comfortable in a technically complex environment.
• You possess strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a systematic approach to your work, because you will be collaborating with numerous project stakeholders.
• As you will be operating in an international environment, you bring strong English skills. Good German skills are also a plus.
