Biotech Capex Project Manager

We are urgently seeking experienced German speaking Capex Project managers for a leading biotech in Basel Switzerland.


The key responsibilities include:


Project Initiation and Planning:

* Develop the investment project charter, defining the project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
* Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.

Project Execution:

* Manage and drive the project forward while ensuring adherence to the defined budget, scope, and delivery timelines.
* Maintain oversight of all project activities to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Performance Monitoring and Control:

* Implement and manage project KPIs and dashboards for risk management, cost control, and schedule adherence.
* Conduct regular engineering and project control meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and enforce corrective actions when necessary.

Technical Excellence and Compliance:

* Ensure the integration of advanced technical solutions while meeting both internal and external quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Project Handover:

* Oversee the smooth and successful transfer of the completed project to the production team, ensuring all operational requirements are met.
