Overview: The client is seeking a Consultant/Project Manager to oversee the introduction and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) software. The role includes organizational modeling, requirements analysis, and support in procurement and implementation processes.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in advising on the introduction and development of IT specialist procedures, particularly in the administrative and governmental sectors.
* Experience in IT organizational consulting and digitization projects within federal or state governments.
* Experience in managing procurement processes, including the creation of procurement law documents.
* Experience in the introduction, configuration, and use of Business Intelligence software.
* Knowledge of creating strategic concepts and target images, particularly in the context of quality management and key performance indicator (KPI) development.
* Strong ability to independently create concepts and documentation.
* Experience in conducting requirements analyses and creating structured documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create an organizational model outlining task descriptions, roles, and responsibilities for the operation of the BI software.
* Assist in determining personnel requirements for the implementation and ongoing operation of the BI software.
* Conduct thorough requirements analyses and document findings in a structured manner to guide the BI software introduction process.
* Develop comprehensive concepts and documentation necessary for the introduction of the BI software and the associated participation procedures.
* Assist in the tendering process for BI software, including the creation of service descriptions and criteria catalogs.
* Provide support during the awarding phase, including advising, answering bidder questions, and other related tasks.
* Develop strategic concepts and target images related to KPI development and calculation models within quality management, taking into account relevant infrastructures.
* Assist in the creation and mapping of KPI models within the business intelligence software to support quality management and reporting needs.
