We are currently looking for a controller (m/f/d) with experience in billing processes

Start: ASAP / August 19, 2024

End: February 18, 2025

Location: Kabelsketal / Remote

Volume: 80%


Background/Tasks (independent provision of services):

- Development of a process flow to take customer billings that are not in the billing system into account in financial statements

- Quality management/advice on support in the department

- Creation of guidelines & energy management strategies

- Advice on processing backlogs in business processes

- Develop standard operating procedures for MA for certain work standards/quality checks

- Concept of monitoring the status of the feed-in billing for contracts

Goal:

- The aim is to develop a process flow to take into account data that is not included in the billing system

invoices in financial statements

- This also requires the creation of energy management strategies and guidelines

- Standard operating procedures are established for permanent use in later workflows
