S/4HANA Implementation Consultant

A leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant for an exciting two-year project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the company's S/4HANA implementation, guiding the project from initiation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA, including planning, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives and timelines.
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Provide expertise and guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP S/4HANA system during and after implementation.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a focus on SAP implementations.
Proven track record of leading multiple full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and experience in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA in the context of the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of manufacturing processes.
