Langfristiges Projekt ! - Remote (70%) - Onsite (30%)

Develop and update project timelines, work schedules, financial plans, and risk assessments.
Perform project environment assessments, create stakeholder matrices, and communication plans.
Plan, execute, and lead workshops with key stakeholders. (Organising Workshop Experience Preferred.)
Contribute to service descriptions and various project-related documents.
Ensure the quality of tender documentation.
IPMA and DIN 69901 Compliance

Requirements Gathering:

Extract requirements through expert interviews and thorough document reviews.
Align requirements across various projects and document them per IREB standards.
Conduct and document workshops, linking requirements to the enterprise architecture.
Architecture Creation:

Develop and refine architectural models using project results.
Prepare system analyses, IT services, and modules.
Design concepts and plans for IT infrastructure and property networking in secure environments.
Conduct market research to find suitable IT solutions.
Process Development:

Model operational architectures and views as per NAF standards.
Integrate operational architecture with service and system architecture.
Analyze IT systems and services based on customer needs.
Design and plan IT operations and processes according to ITIL 4.

Requirements:

Experience in designing and planning IT infrastructure and operations in secure environments.
Experience in defense projects, particularly with large weapon systems and IT systems.
Skills in business process modeling using BPMN in Microsoft Visio or ARIS.
Certifications:

IPMA Level C or higher.
Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA).
IREB CPRE - Foundation.
ITIL Foundation v.4.
TÜV IT Architecture and Technology Professional.
Language Skills:

Fluent in German with good English proficiency.
Experience with NAFv4 or ADMBw using SparxEA software.
Experience with Require.7 or similar requirements management tools.
