MS Dynamics Consultant (f/m/d)

For our client, a company that produces household devices, we are looking for a MS Dynamics Consultant (f/m/d) to consult with following services:

Aufgaben


• Set-up of existing customer service processes within a new software solution based on MS Dynamics 365. The context is After sales (break and fix model + Service contracts)
• Microsoft dynamics 365 Modules and topics : customer service, Fieldservice, Ressource scheduling optimization-Power platform

Initial definion of the basics and set-up of an PoC of our processes within MS Dynamics
Expected results would be knowledge transfer, definition of key points, PoC in the system


Qualifikationen


• For the context center topic ACS (azure communication service) + Omnichannel
• RSO, integration SAP
• Various bigger international projects in area of customer service
• Experience in Senior ITEC 4 and PM ITEC 5
• English must-have, German and/or Spanish nice-to-have
• SAP S/4 Skills nice-to-have
• Dynamics F amp;O Skills
