We are filling the following freelance position for our client:
Customer Solution IT Architekt (m/w/d)
Facts
• Start: asap
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Workload: 4-5 days per week
• Location: Munich, Zaragoza (Spain), Remote
Your Job Description
• Integration/setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 incl. definition of the initial setup, initial configuration
• Collaboration and coordination with the team consisting of architects and IT experts to define the basics for the project start
• Configuration of the new system to generate prototypes
• Configuration of RSO in Dynamics 365 for technician planning and scheduling
Your qualification profile
• Many years of experience in project implementation as an IT solution architect (m/f/d)
• Very experienced in dealing with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, RSO and SAP
• Experience in the integration of MS Dynamics with SAP ERP
• Experience in customer service, service management, customer service
• Knowledge of telephony integration
