Graphic Designer (A)

Our client, an international insurance company, is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the design team, particularly in the production of financial reports.Please note that due to applicable Swiss legislation, we can only consider applications from Swiss citizens, EU citizens, and individuals with a valid work permit.
Remote work from abroad is not possible.

Tasks


Design and produce financial and regulatory reports, including annual reports
Ensure that the final reports are not only secure and compliant but also visually engaging and aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards
Participate in three weekly workload meetings to discuss ongoing projects, resolve issues, and maintain team cohesion
Engage directly with clients to define project scopes, timelines, and requirements, ensuring a personalized and responsive service
Develop and execute project tasks independently, including compiling extensive reports, crafting creative campaigns, and creating social media assets
Provide clients with expert insights and recommendations on project strategies
Maintain effective communication with team members, managers, and key stakeholders, actively contributing to discussions and problem-solving
Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support project development and decision-making
Prepare detailed reports and presentations tailored to client needs and project requirements
Foster a supportive and open team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration

Requirements:


Experience in financial reporting and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Censhare)
Comfortable working in a Microsoft Windows-operated environment
Expertise in client consulting, strategic thinking, anticipating needs, and proactive management of responsibilities
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
Ideally, 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design with a strong focus on technical projects involving detailed report preparation and CMS management
Experience in large, structured organizations, particularly those in the insurance, finance, or media services sectors, is beneficial, but not a must
Fluency in German and English is required, with German being particularly important for daily communications and project discussions
