Business Analyst

My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Business Analyst with experience in CMS for a 11 month contract mainly remote but requiring a visit to site every 1 or 2 weeks, in Essen.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale digital or intranet projects, Proven experience with social intranet systems, CMS platforms, and digital workplace tools, Solid understanding of requirements engineering, system configuration, and delivery tracking, Skilled in Jira and Confluence – from backlog management to transparent documentation, Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, Structured, dependable, and self-driven – able to manage multiple priorities across workstreams, Scrum or agile working experience are a plus.
