Development and implementation of a communication strategy for E2E process projects

We are looking for an expert in communication strategy, design and media creation.
The goal of this international project is to develop and implement a communication strategy for procure-to-pay and source-to-contract projects, processes and IT. This goal should be achieved by highly creative and independent thinking as well as doing things differently than before.
