Quality Project Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Plans and completes Global Quality projects
• Responsible for Quality adherence to PCP process
• Coordinates all quality-relevant activities, e.g. experts supporting PFMEA finalization and production readiness release
• Acts as an advisor to management and business partners on Quality-related topics
• Ensures implementation of Quality standards, guidelines, and programs in NPD/PCP projects
• Performs project quality reporting and analysis
• Ensures effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties
• Drives and coaches Quality-related topics within area of responsibility

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Significant experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale manufacturing/ engineering environment
• Strong quality mindset and ability to inspire colleagues and stakeholders for a culture of continuous improvement
• Solid experience in quality management within a global or multinational organization
• Proficient in executing quality concepts
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative team player who supports and motivates others to achieve their goals
• Structured, facts-driven, and able to work under pressure and manage several operational and conceptual activities at the same time
