Principal SiC Design & Simulation Expert (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Optimization of SiC power technologies and development of new SiC products, in alignment with relevant departments
• Design test chips and process/device monitor structures for process control and simulate DOE short loops
• Simulation with TCAD to predict the variation of the device electrical characteristics
• Troubleshoot layout design issues and apply proactive intervention by working closely with the design team
• Contribute to the development of new SiC concepts and translate them into novel layout and process solutions
• Analyzing SiC power technology and trends
• Coordination with relevant departments

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Extensive Experience in SiC design
• Familiarity with SiC power devices testing and characterization
• Extensive Know how about the inner workings of SiC power devices
• Experience with TCAD (Silvaco, Synopsys) and layout (e.g. KLayout, Layout Editor)
• Fluent in english
• Willingness to travel /work on site
