Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Define business requirements and create user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and expectations
• Design technical target concepts and software interfaces
• Assess running development and development working plan towards successful deployment
• Plan project milestones, execute sprint planning, and ensure agile project management
• Develop testing concepts, coordinate testing and feedback, and ensure quality assurance
• Coordinate the implementation of software solutions according to technical target concepts

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Experience in requirement engineering, business process analysis, and solution design
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as VSM, and use cases
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
• Experience with software development tools, such as Outsystems, Java, or .NET
• Knowledge of database management systems, such as relational databases or NoSQL databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels
• Familiarity with the semiconductor industry, quality management, and reliability testing would be beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
