IT Project Manager (m/w/d) for Power BI and SAP S/4HANA Migration, 12+ months

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team to support the migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA and lead the implementation of Power BI for data visualization and reporting. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all phases of the project and ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.

Tasks:
- Planning and execution of the migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA.
- Implementation of Power BI to optimize data reporting and analysis.
- Managing the project team and coordinating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining project plans, budgets and timelines.
- Performing risk analysis and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the project.
- Communicating project progress to management and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Training and supporting the team in the use of Power BI and SAP S/4HANA.

Skills required:
- Proven experience in IT project management, especially in SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI and its integration with existing systems. At least 5-7 years of experience
- Extensive experience with agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and motivate employees.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of database management and ETL processes.
- Experience in change management and end-user training.
