Project Goal
The freelancer will lead pharmaceutical production, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements, while optimizing production efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Oversee production operations, develop and implement production schedules, and optimize resource allocation.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards; maintain safety and risk management protocols.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency measures.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate production teams, providing necessary training and development.
- Budget Management: Monitor production costs and collaborate with procurement for material supply.
- Reporting: Regularly report production performance and ensure documentation compliance.

Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
- Skills in process optimization and lean management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
