Site Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Organising and conducting regular interdisciplinary coordination meetings with representatives from various disciplines such as architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering
• Working with the project manager to develop work sequences and construction schedules, and creating a detailed plan outlining the sequence of tasks and activities for each project phase
• Overseeing the integration of various systems and components to ensure seamless coordination throughout the construction process
• Advising on construction methods, materials and technologies to optimise efficiency and quality
• Advising on budgeting, cost estimation and resource allocation for the project
• Identifying potential risks or challenges and proposing solutions or alternative approaches to mitigate them
• Preparing a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) detailing all materials, quantities and associated costs required for construction
• Liaising with the project team, including architects, engineers and quantity surveyors, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the BOQ
• Verify that the design documentation complies with approved specifications, building codes, regulations and industry standards
• Identify discrepancies, errors or omissions in the design documentation and liaise with the construction and design teams to address and resolve them

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• Alternatively a Level 6 NVQ in construction site management
• Sound professional experience in site management
• You have a class B driving licence
• You have a forklift driving licence
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
