S4HANA Public Cloud Rollout (m/w/d)

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Projektmanager für ein spannendes Projekt bei einem unserer namenhaften Kunden.


Aufgaben:

+ SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and roll out projects within LS&E Division of Mann + Hummel .

+ Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Oversee all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

+ Successful delivery of a project in terms of scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, customer satisfaction and project team satisfaction.

+ Take ownership by driving results, providing appropriate support to the teams when needed, involving the Program Directors/ Managers if required.

+ Ensure that the detailed plans for each phase, including the workshops schedules during High Level Design phase, as well as the Master project plan are in place working in conjunction with the Leads, Solution and Technical Architects.

+ Monitor and control the approach and mechanism to capture Risks, Issues and Dependencies and ensuring the adherence to the process by project members.

+ Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.

+ Ensure team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

+ Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and SAP advancements, particularly in SAP Public Cloud, to continually improve project delivery processes.

Anforderungen:

Must:

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other closely related fields

+ Overall, 5-7 years of experience

+ Proven experience in leading SAP projects (should have handled at least 2 implementations end to end)

+ Good leadership, inter-personal and motivational skills

+ Willingness to travel upto 20-50% of project duration.

+ Very good knowledge of spoken and written English

+ Business and customer-oriented thinking.

+ Ability to work with multicultural teams across matrix organizations.

+ Proficiency in English , German would be added advantage
