• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements of Cloud Network Connectivity.
• Control costs on service elements.
• Define and document service-specific processes, adhering to central guidelines for process design.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements.
• Monitor and analyze service performance, initiating measures to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and custom
