IT Security Specialist (A)

For our client a major bank in Zurich we are seeking for a IT Security Specialist.Please note that due to applicable Swiss legislation, we can only consider applications from Swiss citizens, EU citizens, and individuals with a valid work permit.

Remote work from abroad is not possible.

Task 

Triage of vulnerabilities, in the context of existing security measures
Support application teams in the mitigation process of vulnerabilities through consultation, and coordination of technical discussions
Create, refine and implement hardening configuration requirements for various technologies
Maintain tools to measure and report the effectiveness of hardening configurations
Work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the process and tooling for vulnerability management and system hardening configurations

Requirements 


Broad technical understanding of operating system-, application- and networks security
Higher professional education (Swiss Federal Diploma or higher education) or comparable certification (CISSP, CEH, CISM) with relevant practical knowledge is desired
Proven understanding of information security principles, vulnerability assessment methods, and related technologies
Willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills
Fluent in spoken and written German and English language

Strong verbal and written communication skills
