A KAOX plant has the function of treating the exhaust air streams from different production plants in order to comply within the limits given through the TA-Luft regulation. In the current setup the updated legal requirements (TA Luft status 18th August 2021) can no longer be achieved using the outdated catalytic oxidation technology. Consequently, a new state of the art regenerative thermal oxidation unit (RTO) is required to treat the exhaust air streams in order to comply with the requirements until November 2026.

This project executes the FEL3 deliverbles (Basic Engineering) in all disciplines, TIC around 25MM$, Project language: English.
