Tasks:

•Creation and execution of a comprehensive change communication plan specifically tailored to Development CMC Biologicals, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
•Identification of a target audiences and development of key messages to effectively communicate the value and advancements of the changes in Development Biologicals to internal and external stakeholders.
•Development and implementation of internal change communication initiatives to achieve that employees are informed and engaged with the latest updates, achievements, and milestones related to the development of Biologicals.
•Development of communication concept for internal change management events, meetings, and workshops to promote understanding and alignment within the organization.
•Provision of professional consulting regarding change management efforts for cultural and organizational topics related to Development CMC Biologicals, to achieve effective communication and smooth transitions.
•
Provision of professional consulting regarding consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels. Provide guidance to Dev CMC Biol members on communication best practices.
•Creation of compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, and internal communication materials. This includes writing, editing, and proofreading content as needed.

Skills:

•Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry preferably in R&D
•Several years of experience in communication strategy for change management process
•Fluent in German and English
