Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d).


Your responsibilities include:

+ Implement BCMS system based on ISO22301

+ Development of Governance framework (policies, standards)

+ Creation of BCP plans at enterprise level and Support and assist in the development of business units’ BC planning and goals

+ Creation of communication processes and channels across the enterprise in the event of a continuity event

+ Serve SME to provide guidance for the development of functional BCP plans of organizational units

+ Help establish a standardized BCM approach across the business with Center of Excellence capabilities including a central knowledge base, templates and advisory services

+ Liaise with business unit representatives to develop effective working relationships and documented BC plans

+ Liaise with key infrastructure and development teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations.

+ Identify and make recommendations for process and technology-based changes and adaptations to meet the needs of the business

+ Design and facilitate tests and exercises on the business plans and continuity management execution

+ Help build customer facing documentation highlighting BCM strategies, capabilities and posture

Anforderungen:

Must:

+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in business continuity management or a related field, with a proven track record of success

+ Experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans and strategies within a complex organizational structure

+ Strong knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO 22301 or NIST SP 800-34

+ Experience in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses

+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks related to business continuity management

+ Experience in leading and facilitating crisis management exercises and simulations

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

+ Strong knowledge of technology systems and infrastructure, with the ability to assess their vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls

+ very good English language skills
