- The appointed test manager (m/f/d) must already have several years of experience in the test management of complex large-scale IT projects.
- At least 10 years of practical experience as a test manager in complex IT projects are traceable in your CV.
- Experience in the establishment and use of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Has already developed test strategies and test procedures in at least 3 projects
- A formal qualification as ISTQB CTAL-TM
- Proof of the desired certification
- The Test Manager is confident in using the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Xray); MS Project
- The experience in using the tools can be seen from the overview of the projects (at least 3 projects)
- Technical target requirements for the offer
- 2 years of practical experience in DB projects are traceable in the CV.
- 30% The person already has knowledge of the energy industry
- Proof of CV in at least one project
- The person has an understanding of software development and implementation
- At least 4 years of proven experience
